BestEx Research is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our EMEA business, driving growth and operational excellence in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional equities sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the electronic trading and algorithmic trading space.
Key responsibilities will include establishing and managing the broker-dealer business, identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, and representing BestEx Research at industry events and in the media.
The successful candidate will also partner closely with our CEO, Global Head of Business Development, and Chief Product Officer to design and execute innovative product strategies and expansion opportunities.
Requirements include 15+ years of experience in institutional equities sales and business development, strong leadership skills, a proactive and innovative mindset, and a deep understanding of market structure, competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment in the EMEA region.
