Lead Biomechanist Podiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Podiatrist in MSK Biomechanics to join our dynamic team in Brent.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality specialist clinical care with a focus on MSK and biomechanics, ensuring patient care meets the highest standards.
- Provide leadership and operational support, working closely with the Clinical Team Lead to develop and implement innovative treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of our patients.
- Educate and mentor colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, and act as the main point of contact for MSK interventions, ensuring best practices and evidence-based care are at the forefront.

As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously to assess, diagnose, and create bespoke treatment plans for a range of patients, including those in high-risk categories.
Requirements:- HCPC registration as an Allied Health Professional (AHP).
- Degree in Podiatric Medicine with certification in local anaesthesia.
- Postgraduate development in Biomechanics/MSK (e.g., certificates, diplomas).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team, and a proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to service improvement.
