Ealing Outreach Specialist and Team Lead Podiatrist

This exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Podiatrist to take on the role of Ealing Outreach Specialist and Team Lead, working within the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality outreach podiatry services to individuals and groups in need, with a focus on vulnerable populations such as those experiencing homelessness or incarceration.
In this leadership role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the community by delivering exceptional care and promoting foot health education and awareness. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and guidance to patients, volunteers, and staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess a BSc (Hons) Degree in Podiatry and hold relevant certifications, including HCPC registration and local anesthesia certification. They will also have experience working in the NHS, particularly in areas related to at-risk feet, MSK, nail surgery, and moderate risk foot care. Additionally, they should have expertise in facilitation, clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring, as well as progressive clinical practice skills.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within the wider podiatry team and multidisciplinary teams. Your positive attitude, motivation, and flexibility will be essential in driving continued professional development and contributing to a supportive and flexible environment.
In return for your dedication and expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This package also includes opportunities for growth and professional development, as well as regular training and clinical supervision.
