About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Podiatrist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal complaints, working closely with Physiotherapists to develop seamless treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with lower limb complaints, primarily of the foot and ankle, in specialist community clinics.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide advanced neurological and biomechanical assessments of foot function to identify underlying pathology and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development of department literature and promote health education to individuals and groups.
Requirements
  • Year of MSK podiatry experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
