Job Title: Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at ea Change, a leading organization in the industry. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.
  • Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on business strategy and operations.

Requirements:

  • Background working in investment banking/asset management with extensive experience of full investment lifecycle.
  • Experience in finance and regulatory change.
  • Experience with data-focused assignments.
  • Experience and knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Well-rounded core BA skillset.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders.
