Job Description
We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team, responsible for coordinating resident care services, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, health administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a care-related role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
