Job Overview

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking an experienced Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Work closely with leading consultants and professionals to deliver effective and evidence-based patient experiences.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of patient care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.
Requirements

To be successful as a Theatre Scrub Practitioner at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital, you will need:

  • Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
  • Relevant post-registration experience in theatre scrubbing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and safety.
