We are seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team. As part of this role, you will work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value your expertise.

Job Highlights:

  • Work with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities to deliver high-quality care and patient experiences.
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff to ensure continuity in patient care.
  • Interact well with colleagues on the ward to provide seamless care delivery.
  • Apart from the caseload variety and professional growth opportunities, you can expect a competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 37.5 hours per week ensures a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to complete SFA training with an adjustment in compensation on completion of the course.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant post-registration experience, flexibility, excellent communication skills, and be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
