About the Role:

We are recruiting for a skilled Theatre Scrub Assistant Specialist to join our theatre team in Cambridge. This exciting opportunity involves working alongside expert Ophthalmologists in refractive and cataract surgery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Laser Vision Correction – Scrub
  • Intraocular Lens (Cataract) – Scrub
  • Anaesthetic assistant
  • Pre-operative assessments
  • Undertake pre-screening diagnostic duties
  • Discharge patients with after-care advice and medications
  • Medicines management

This role requires NMC or HCPC registration with previous Theatre or scrub experience. The successful candidate can expect a $62,500 - $75,000 per annum salary, as well as a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
