Role SummaryAs a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will provide clinical and technical assistance in the operating theatre environment, working closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled clinical and technical assistance in the operating theatre environment.
- Contributing to the development of policies and strategies within the Theatre Team.
- Mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate Life Support provider.
- Mentorship qualification.
