This role at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join our close-knit multidisciplinary team. As part of this team, you will work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value your skills.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities. This includes supervising, supporting, and developing junior members of staff, as well as creating high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is central Cambridge's premium private hospital, boasting an Outstanding CQC score. We offer a full range of medical and surgical specialties, including Cancer care and Cancer surgery, Orthopaedic surgery (including robotic surgery), Neurosurgery, Cardiology, and specialist Paediatric services.

As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. You will also bring post-registration experience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, making you a great team worker.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our state-of-the-art hospital features 3 digital theatres, 32 beds, Surgical Day Case theatre/endoscopy suite, Surgical Day PODs, private consultation rooms, close monitoring units, Chemotherapy suite, on-site registered pharmacy, Diagnostic scanning unit, and a Pathology laboratory. With expertise in various specialties, we provide immediate assessment and expert diagnosis using the latest diagnostic imaging facilities.
