About the RoleThis is a practical 'hands on' role with varied responsibilities including scrub assistant, anaesthetic assistant, pre-operative assessments, preparing the patient for their Cataract treatment and undertaking pre-screening diagnostic duties.
Candidates must be NMC or HCPC registered with previous Theatre or scrub experience.
Key Responsibilities- Scrub assistant
- Anaesthetic assistant
- Pre-operative assessments
- Prepare the patient for their Cataract treatment and undertake pre-screening diagnostic duties
- Discharge patients with after-care advice and medications
- A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
- No nightshift and No on-call
