About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Public Transport Programme Lead to join our team at Freshminds. As a Public Transport Programme Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams within our Project Management Office (PMO). You will work closely with our PMO Lead to deliver key milestones and KPIs while maintaining transparency in risk and benefit management. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and programme delivery. If you have a passion for public transportation and a background in programme management, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting multiple workstreams on large and complex programmes in a heavy industry, including rail, energy, construction, transport, infrastructure, capital projects, aviation, or equivalent. They will also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Additionally, they will have experience using PMO tools and methodologies and be able to establish programme governance and run transparent monitoring and reporting of risk and benefit. This is a highly competitive salary position (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience) that offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
