Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for stakeholder management and data analysis? We are seeking a Support and Liaison Specialist to join our team at the Rail Delivery Group.

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Relationship Manager to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating programme updates, managing communication channels, and integrating stakeholder views into programme initiatives and decisions.

You will be responsible for identifying and communicating requirements for TOC readiness, facilitating the implementation of the PA toolset and future proposed functionality. You will also provide timely and accurate responses to queries and resolve routine issues escalated by the Business Relationship Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and data analysis. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
