We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mitchells & Butlers PLC. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including being the Duty Manager when they are not available.
- Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service.
