Restaurant Operations Manager

At German Doner Kebab, we are looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Back of House team to achieve industry-leading guest service and food quality.
  • Implement brand standards and policies to maintain operational excellence.
  • Manage stock levels, controllable costs, and payroll to ensure profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and train team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the casual dining sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Full understanding of stock management, Gp% figures, and controls.
  • Ability to achieve the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products.
