Assistant General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for providing top-notch service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for ensuring that all daily activities run efficiently, and that our team is equipped to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the implementation of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) procedures
  • Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH
  • Conduct brand audits together with the store management team, as directed and designed by Home Office
  • Accountable for correct deviations
  • Ensure that financial systems, POS, and brand processes are followed according to standard operations
  • Manage profit and loss statements
  • Oversee stock management
  • Manage rota
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry
  • At least 3 years in a leading role
