Restaurant Operations Manager

At German Doner Kebab, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our Back of House team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and guest care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Back of House team to achieve industry-leading guest service and food quality standards.
  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and controllable costs to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and train team members to achieve exceptional products and guest service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  • Knowledge of menu and food preparation.
  • Ability to work towards understanding and articulating food with integrity.
