The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for ensuring that all daily activities run efficiently, and that our team is motivated and empowered to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and control the implementation of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) procedures
- Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH
- Conduct brand audits together with the store management team, as directed and designed by Home Office
- Accountable for correct deviations
- Ensure that financial systems, POS, and brand processes are followed according to standard operations
- Manage profit and loss statements
- Oversee stock management
- Manage rota
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years in a leading role. They will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
