Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Isisekelo Recruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Monitor and control the implementation of back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Conduct and manage opening and closing procedures for both BOH and FOH, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts.
- Brand Audit: Conduct regular brand audits with the store management team, as directed by Home Office, to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Financial Management: Ensure accurate financial systems, POS, and brand processes are followed according to standard operating procedures.
- Profit and Loss Statements: Analyze and manage profit and loss statements to optimize restaurant performance.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock management to minimize waste and maximize inventory levels.
- Rota Management: Manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal team performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
