About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing care staff and delivering care services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess service users' needs and monitor care within agreed timescales.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems creatively and think on their feet.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Home Carers and oversee the delivery of care services
- Assess service users' needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
- Monitor and review care services, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality care
To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum SVQ3 in Health/Social Care or equivalent recognised qualification. You should also be willing to work towards achieving relevant qualifications in social care management and gain full SSSC registration within 6 months of commencing the post.
