Support Coordinator

Priory Adult Care provides specialist adult care services in the UK, focusing on delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to achieve their life goals.
We cater to adults over 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and behaviours that challenge, offering community-based residential care settings and supported living services.
Job Description
This part-time Support Worker role is based at Millburn, located in Cambuslang, south-east of Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualised care and support to enable service users to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
- Update care plans and maintain accurate daily records and other required forms and documents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as social work, nursing, or psychology.
- Experience working with adults with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and access to discounted staff accommodation and employee benefits programme.
