**Job Description:** Customer Service and Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery times, and after-sales service.

 

About the Role:

The Customer Service and Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer complaints or issues are resolved promptly and professionally, with follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery times, and after-sales service
  • Provide clients with timely updates on the status of their orders and any delays or changes
  • Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally, with follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
