We are seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Global Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in ensuring seamless processing of customer orders.

Job Summary

  • The Sales Order Coordinator will support the sales team in ensuring seamless processing of customer orders.\
  • The candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.\
  • The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and ERP systems.\

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will log new orders into production books, schedule installations, and ensure accurate sales documents.\
  • The candidate will act as a point of contact for customers, address inquiries and handle complaints or issues.\
  • The candidate will enter and manage sales orders, monitor order progress, and update sales staff and customers on delivery schedules.\
  • The candidate will assist in forecasting sales trends and inventory needs by maintaining detailed records of sales activities.\
  • The candidate will provide general administrative support and maintain the customer database.\

Compensation

\

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, holidays, and company pension.
