At Keane Premier Support Services, we are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our South Lanarkshire team.

We are looking for a confident and responsible Team Leader, who will oversee the delivery of our quality service.

**The responsibilities include**:

- To effectively and efficiently manage teams of staff providing support.
- To develop and review personalised support plans for service users; ensuring the teams adhere to plans within the context of the Health & Social Care standards and Company policy and procedures.
- Formulating risk assessments and ensuring staff understand and adhere to any risk management strategies.
- Maintaining accurate, up to date written records and ensuring support staff do the same as per guidelines and company policy.
- Ensuring there are adequate levels of staffing by monitoring staff rotas and annual leave allocation.
- Working with management to maintain service allocation.
- Liaising with social work, health, and other agencies & families/clients.
- Attending and participating in social work meetings and Adult Support and Protection Case Conferences.
- Participating in recruitment and selection process.
- Completing regulatory notifications for accidents/incidents and other key changes within the service.

**Organisational Responsibilities**:

- To always work within the Health and Social Care standards and Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) codes of practice.
- To seek and accept advice from your line manager when required, and be clear on the scope of your practice, competency and accountability.
- To be proactive in gaining feedback and participation from service users, carers, staff and stakeholders to assist in service development planning.
- Be able to lead and supervise teams of support staff.
- Understand the importance of personalised support.
- Act as a role model for staff.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication.

**Essential Experience**:

- Registration with the SSSC
- Experience in a leadership position
- Experience in health and social care sector
- Completion or working towards Level 4 SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience in a Senior Support role.
- Relevant further education qualifications and training course completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
