At Keane Premier Support Services we are looking for motivated individuals to join our caring and dedicated social support team in the South Lanarkshire area. The shifts pattern will require evenings and weekend work.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Offering 1:1 support, helping young adults with a range of complex needs
- Supporting young adults to attend college and clubs
- Assisting young adults to activities such as the cinema, bowling, shopping and more
- Supporting service users keep fit and healthy - for example going out a walk
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans
- Providing support in all aspects of personal care
- Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs - this may include going out for lunch
- Carry out housekeeping duties
- Assist service users with finances as per company policy
- Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required
- Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users
- Encourage the relationships that the service users have with family, friends, and wider community
- Maintain the service user’s well-being and encourage their independence
- Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly
- At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner

Desriable requirements:

- Driving License
