Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,760 based on 12 hours per week at £12.00 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, support to develop your career with access to further qualifications and courses, PVG check, and benefits and wellbeing platform.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality care to our clients, following individual care plans and assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You'll also support clients with personal care and help with medication. Our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and enable you to focus on delivering exceptional care.
