About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Wholesale and Retail Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wholesale and retail markets, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lead a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth through new business opportunities and market expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives;
  • Drive business growth through new business opportunities and market expansion;
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;
  • Min. 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the luxury goods industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
