About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Lunaphore Technologies, Inc., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Raise customer quotations and coordinate stock returns as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Manage non-technical complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
  • General Education exam passes in English and Maths.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience of working with ERP/CRM platforms.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
