Job Summary:

Manage and coordinate business documents and records to meet company objectives.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, educated to A Level standard or equivalent, and possess working knowledge of MS Office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing all documentation and records in both paper and electronic format.
  • Utilizing an external web-based document management system to upload, code and number documents.
  • Developing document management systems for new projects, adhering to client requirements.
  • Guaranteeing adherence to company quality assurance procedures.
  • Liaising with the Associate Design Manager to revise company procedures when necessary.
Compensation Package:
  • £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
