Office Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions.
ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include:
- Managing office systems and procedures
- Coordinating projects and tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to various departments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Support Professional or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This full-time position comes with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
