**Job Overview:** Robert Walters Operations Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading convenience retailer, managing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely posting and payment of invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent client and customer service skills, working knowledge of MS Office products, and a strong academic record in Finance. A good communicator with the ability to present and explain financial information to all levels of management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely posting and payment of invoices
  • Manage allocated AP accounts, including policy adherence and compliance
  • Process all non-purchase order and purchase order invoices for payment
  • Maintain vendor master database

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in a Shared Services environment
  • Excellent client and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Strong academic record and experience in Finance
  • Good communicator with the ability to present and explain financial information to all levels of management

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
