Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Analyst to join our team at Agility Resoucing. As a key member of our purchase ledger team, you will be responsible for assisting with high-volume transactions, reconciling payments, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input financial transactions into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to supplier payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding disputed claims, resolving issues promptly.
  • Reconcile purchase payments to the ledger, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Perform ad hoc duties, including filing and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Sage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • High integrity and reliability in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent teamwork and pressure management skills.
  • A good sense of humour and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
