About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our client's team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and driving customer strategy to maximise sales growth, and will work closely with the Sales Director and CEO to achieve business objectives.

The role requires a commercial mindset with experience of working with complex food and beverage groups, as well as strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive customer strategy to maximise sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the UK market
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and CEO to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Business Development/Sales Management
  • Commercial mindset with experience of working with complex food and beverage groups
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
