We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth across multiple channels and markets. As our first Sales Director, you will play a critical role in establishing market share and shaping the future of V360 Systems Limited.

Job Overview

V360 Systems Limited is an innovative startup revolutionizing the security systems market in the UK. With ambitious plans to reach £7m in turnover by 2030, we require a talented Sales Director to spearhead our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit major clients and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive on-target growth across all targeted markets.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and oversee the setup of a sales team.
  • Promote sales throughout the UK through consistent engagement with clients.
  • Identify emerging markets and launch new products to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast future sales and adapt sales strategies to respond to market shifts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements

We seek a highly experienced sales leader with:

  • A proven track record of selling into construction or conventional security sectors.
  • Excellent people skills and business acumen.
  • Strong expertise in the security industry and knowledge of what drives demand.
  • Expert negotiation and mentorship skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for security technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Benefits

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
