Job Title: Sales Director UK Ireland

About Our Business: McKinlay Kidd Ltd is a highly successful, employee-owned company that specialises in bespoke holidays in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and manage resources efficiently across the sales team to achieve business targets.
  2. Recruit, train, and integrate new team members to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  3. Analyse existing processes and recommend changes to streamline performance and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: As a Sales Director, you will require a proven track record in leading sales teams to deliver business success and exceptional customer service. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with forecasting, revenue management, margin analysis, and P&Ls is also desirable.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience.
