Ward: Urgent Care Centre
Pay Rates: Days £23.58, Sun/Bank Holidays £37.64
Shift Patterns: Clinics run 8am-9pm, 7 days a week. Long days and split shifts available.
Salary Estimate: Approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on 37 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses
- Conduct thorough clinical examinations and provide accurate diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform clinical decision-making
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Clinical Practitioner within the last 3 years in A&E and Walk-in Centre/Urgent Care Centre/Urgent Treatment Centre
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics - Level 7
- Able to see and treat Minor Injuries
- Able to clinically examine and diagnose children of all ages, including neonates
- Provide evidence of - Prescribing (V300), ILS/PILS
