Family Centre Manager

As part of their service, they have a family centre that offers a safe and nurturing environment for children and families, providing assessment, support, and guidance.
About the Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family centre
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage and develop a team of dedicated staff
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and families
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted.
- Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant social work qualification or equivalent
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
