Job Title: Family Centre Manager

About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family centre
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage and develop a team of dedicated staff
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and families
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted.
  • Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant social work qualification or equivalent
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
