Job Title: Children's Services Director

Vetro Recruitment is currently working with a leading provider of specialist care for children and families. The company has a family centre that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and families, offering assessment, support, and guidance.

Role Overview:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the family centre
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and manage a team of dedicated staff
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children and families
  • Establish strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders

Key Accountabilities:

  • Quality Management: Establish and maintain quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including Ofsted.
  • Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans.

Requirements:

  • Relevant social work qualification or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
