You will be working as part of a management team within a children's residential care home, providing support and care to our service users.

The role involves deputising as manager when needed and ensuring that the service meets OFSTED standards. You will also be responsible for supporting staff and ensuring that all young people are safe.

Required Skills and Qualifications
