About the Job:
  • To work as an integral part of the Neurodevelopmental pathway multi-agency team
  • To lead the development and implementation of a diagnostic pathway for children with neurodevelopmental difficulties
  • To provide specialist support to colleagues on neurodevelopmental issues
Main Objectives:
  • To take a key role in liaising with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children/adolescents with both a neurodevelopmental difficulty and a mental health condition
  • To take a key role in feeding back to young people and their families the outcome of their multi-agency assessment
  • To develop the service and the role in line with national and local initiatives

The successful candidate would also be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting
  • Proven experience of working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per year, depending on experience.
