We are seeking to recruit a skilled Neurodevelopmental Pathway Co-ordinator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of services to children and families with neurodevelopmental needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neurodevelopmental services, including experience of working with children and families with complex needs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Main Duties:
  • To work as an integral part of the Neurodevelopmental pathway multi-agency team, providing specialist support to colleagues on neurodevelopmental issues.
  • To lead the development and implementation of a diagnostic pathway for children with neurodevelopmental difficulties.
  • To provide training to other professionals to improve neurodevelopment health knowledge and skills in line with the Children's National Service Framework.
  • To develop services for children and young people with a neurodevelopmental disorder and mental health needs in collaboration with CAMHS and partner agencies.
  • To participate in regular supervision, engage in reflective practice, and be committed to continued development.

We offer a competitive salary of **£45,000 - £60,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

Person Specification:
  • Up to date Professional Registration (to be maintained)
  • Registered Children's Nurse / Mental Health Nurse / RNLD (Professional Registration with NMC) OR Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Speech and Language Therapist.
  • The ability to travel independently across the Trust.
