About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Children’s Home Deputy Manager to join our management team in Widnes. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our 4-bedded residential care home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home is safely managed and meets Ofsted and company standards.
  • Providing effective and child-focused support to each young person residing in the home.
  • Managing and updating care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Collaborating with the manager to develop and support the staff team, driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Senior or Deputy Manager experience within a residential care setting.
  • A valid driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £15.00 per hour plus £75 per sleep.
  • A full-time, permanent contract with a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern.
