We are seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical Leader to join our Urgent Treatment Centre team at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients, exercising independent and professional judgment in managing or referring clients to various primary and secondary care services as appropriate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to promote effective patient care and make a meaningful contribution to the development of our services. With a focus on person-centered care, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering day-to-day supervision, supervising and maintaining high standards of professional care, and participating in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Registered Nurse (Adult and/or Paeds) or Paramedic Practitioner qualification, significant leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You should also possess non-medical prescribing qualifications, incorporate evidence-based practice in patient-centered care, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
