About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our Intensive Support Team in the North West Borough Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality services to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have up-to-date professional registration, postgraduate doctoral-level training in clinical psychology, and experience in specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention. You will also possess highly developed knowledge of theory and practice of highly specialised psychological therapies, as well as evidence of continuing professional development.

As a leader in our team, you will demonstrate the ability to coordinate and lead multi-agency care plans, exercise autonomous clinical responsibility, and prioritise work effectively. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and families will enable you to achieve outstanding outcomes.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
