Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Principal Clinical Psychologist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing strategic and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality services to individuals with complex needs.

You will have extensive experience in specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention, as well as highly developed knowledge of theory and practice of highly specialised psychological therapies. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and families will enable you to achieve outstanding outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

As a leader in our team, you will demonstrate the ability to coordinate and lead multi-agency care plans, exercise autonomous clinical responsibility, and prioritise work effectively.
