Job Description: As a key member of our team, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective management of planned maintenance contracts. This includes developing strategic plans, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Key qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, previous experience in social housing contracting, and knowledge of contract law and NHF Schedule of Rates. Salary: up to £90K + Benefits.
