About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive export growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of export operations, including logistics, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, preferably with a focus on export growth and international markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
