International Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive export growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of export operations, including logistics, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, preferably with a focus on export growth and international markets.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
