Service Coordinator

Alarm Communications Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support to clients
- Respond quickly and positively to client communications, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
- Manage customer queries, processing orders, returns, and exchanges via email and telephone
- Work closely with the Operations Team to improve customer experience and ensure seamless delivery of services
- Invoice and quote from engineer reports, processing sales and purchase invoices
- Plan and schedule maintenance and reactive works, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Ad-hoc project work as required, supporting the team in achieving business objectives
- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve deadlines required by the business, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external parties
- At least two years' relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Five or more GCSEs, including maths and English to a minimum of 'C' level
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet end-of-month financial cut-off dates
- Basic Salary - up to £29,000 per annum, subject to experience
