Key Responsibilities:

  2. Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with probation services, charities, and relevant agencies to create a supportive network for clients.
  3. Program Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of the mentoring program by collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Experience in mentoring or coaching, with a focus on rehabilitation and social reintegration.
  2. Knowledge of the criminal justice system and its complexities.
